This was a tired and outdated space from the early 70’s. It had never been updated. By removing the popcorn ceiling, adding hardwood instead of carpet and painting, the new furnishings make this a Chic new living room!

This 60‘s Kitchen was past the point of no return ! A full reno, New Travertine floors, cabinets, countertop, appliances, etc, etc. The trick with this one was the size - very small. By adding a counter depth fridge, removing the drop ceiling, and a 1/2 wall on the right, opened the space right up ! Now it’s a clean and inviting dream kitchen!! note: glass doors also help to open a kitchen space.
